Established by Shannon M. Gilmore, M.D. in 1991, Mobile Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Center P.C. is a locally owned medical practice that is fully licensed by the state of Alabama, as well as Boarded by The American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine.

Dr. Gilmore established the practice as a specialized clinic for people interested in working with modern adaptations to established and ancient medical traditions. In our care, you can receive routine and standard gynecological treatments, advanced treatments for infertility, advanced hormone balance treatments, and regenerative medicine.

Our practice has received several awards and honors, including the American Women's Business Association Honoree and sponsors for The Wiley Protocol.

Our goal is to address the cause of aging and disease in order to assist the body in reaching a natural balance of healing and health. We provide personalized care based on a careful evaluation of the patient. This includes standard medicine as well as implementing genetic, hormonal, and nutritional studies.

• Genetics — In our practice, we will take genetic samples and have them analyzed by specialized laboratories. We will use the results of those analyses to map out the best path for individual health.

• Hormone balance — Maintaining a proper hormone balance is critical in establishing optimal emotional, physical, and mental health, as well as in preventing cancer and premature aging. We use bio-identical therapy (innate human hormones) to assist the body in reaching its ideal balance.



• Nutrition — We will work with you to assess and treat nutritional issues that may cause health problems. Our treatment includes identifying deficiencies, unique microbiomes, and toxins. Therapy includes behavior modification, supplements, nutrients, and pharmaceuticals.

Dr. Gilmore is the founder and director of Mobile Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Center PC. She has practiced medicine since 1981, and started our clinic in 1991.

Dr. Gilmore was born in Harrison, Arkansas, and raised in Little Rock. Her family has a long tradition of producing physicians — she is the 13th doctor in the family, continuing a line that began with her great-great-grandfather. She is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, as well as a proud Razorbacks fan.
